Police footage has captured a handcuffed suspect fleeing from officers by leaping onto a police van and scaling a wall whilst yelling: "I'm not going back to jail." He ended up breaking his back in the process. Dylan Harrison, 33, from Liverpool, can be seen in the video footage shared by Gwent Police initially emerging from the cage of a police vehicle at Ystrad Mynach police station in Caerphilly borough. He had been detained following allegations of domestic violence offences against a woman
